HOT STUFF!!

- Watch your speed in Little Village. The speed limit is 25 mph.

- Weekly trash pickup is on Tuesday. A tag is required for more than 2 bags per week. For complete information on solid waste pickup (including holiday schedule), please visit http://www.kcmo.org/pubworks.nsf/web/trash?opendocument.

- Big trash pickup: It is always during the week of the 5th of ODD numbered months - January, March, May, July, September, November). NOTE: KCMO is changing the Big Trash Pickup program effective July 1, 2008. Watch for updated info here and through news media.

- LVHA dues are $10 per residence per year and are due by May 31. Homeowners, landlords, and renters all may belong to the homes association. Please send dues to LVHA Treasurer Doug Liberty at 5123 NE Marvin Rd. Dues are voluntary, but are essential to maintaining the common areas of our neighborhood. Dues also fund our annual picnic and miscellaneous expenses as they arise thoughout the year.

- The Little Village 2006 Directory is now available. They are FREE to LVHA members and are available to residents who are not members for $10. We would like to solicit your help in keeping the directory current and correct. If you know of changes and updates, please email us.
